Your first service is designed to be seamless. Simply schedule your pickup, leave your laundry in a safe designated location, and our team will handle the rest. Your garments will be professionally cleaned, neatly packaged, and returned to you according to your selected service schedule.
Laundry can be placed in any standard laundry bag, hamper, or disposable bag for pickup. After your first service, we will return your garments in our preferred packaging to make future pickups simple and consistent.
No. You do not need to be home. Simply leave your order in a safe, accessible location and our couriers will collect and return your laundry.
Orders can be left anywhere that is safely accessible by our couriers. Many customers leave orders at a front, side, or back door. For high-rise buildings or hotels, orders can also be left with concierge.
Deliveries are returned to the safe location designated in your account or instructions.
If a scheduled pickup is missed, a missed pickup fee will be applied to the payment method on file. If assistance is needed for rescheduling, a member of our team will be happy to assist.
Same-day service is available for pickups scheduled before 10:00 AM.
No. We are not a public laundromat and we do not outsource to local laundromats. Laundry Livery operates a private commercial facility equipped with modern equipment and rigorous sanitation protocols.
No. Laundry Livery is a pickup and delivery service only. We do not accept customer drop-offs.
Unused wash credits can be applied to future orders and add-on services. Wash credits maintain their promotional value for six months after purchase.

We use premium detergents and garment care products selected for performance, fabric safety, and environmental responsibility.
Yes. If you have a preferred detergent or special product you would like used, you may include it with your order and we will follow your instructions.

We accept major credit and debit cards. We do not accept cash or checks. Your card is charged after service is completed.
All services are backed by our satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will review the issue and provide a partial or full refund when appropriate.
